Lifeguard - Sinisi - Spring Lake, NJ at Candlewood Management Service, Inc. – Spring Lake, New Jersey

• Monitor swimming areas to ensure the safety of all patrons.
• Enforce facility rules and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, including performing rescues and administering first aid or CPR as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe pool environment by conducting regular inspections and reporting hazards.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures of the pool area.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
• Attend all required training sessions and maintain current lifeguard certifications.

• Current lifeguard certification (e.g., American Red Cross, YMCA) required.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certification preferred.
• Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous lifeguard experience is a plus but not required.

This position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and standing for extended periods. Lifeguards must be prepared to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
