Automotive Parts Counterperson - Johnson Honda of Stuart at Hol-Dav Inc – Stuart, Florida

Johnson Honda of Stuart has the exciting opportunity to expand its team with the addition of a Full-Time Parts Counter Associate! We are seeking a friendly, goal-oriented individual with a positive attitude to fill this open position immediately!

Responsibilities Include (yet are not limited to):

· Learn and use the ADP computer system for daily parts sales and inventory control;

· Effectively master the ability to search model specific parts;

· Have an understanding of inventory control;

· Assist with retail marketing or merchandising;

· Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction;

· Update stocked inventory documentation and driver delivery logs;

· Assist in keeping parts storage area neat and clean at all times;

· Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor;

· Other duties as assigned by management;

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Must be self-motivating;
• ADP Experience Preferred, yet not Required;
• Honda experience Preferred, yet not Required;
• Parts Counter experience preferred;
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel);
• Must be Able to Meet Company's Requirements for Employment;
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds;
• Basic Computer Knowledge including Microsoft Office Preferred;
• Must be able to maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure;
• Proven Ability to Prioritize Multiple Tasks and Follow up Consistently;
• Must be dependable;
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test, background check and driving record check and we E-Verify;
• Must have a flexible work schedule and able to work Saturdays.
