About This Position
Hillcrest Raleigh at Crabtree Valley- A premier skilled nursing facility is looking for a full time Patient Transportation/Maintenance Technician who has a passion for resident and customer service. If you are longing for a stable, honest place to work and grow, this job is for you!
Job Duties Include:
- Transferring residents to and from medical appointments, assisting with boarding and exiting the van and safely entering physicians' offices
- Keep mileage logs and all pertinent records concerning maintenance of the van, including cleanliness, etc.
- Handling supplies for Nursing department
- Works on maintenance program (heating, cooling, plumbing, water, gas, electrical, mechanical, heavy duty cleaning and lifting)
- Inspects building and grounds regularly for compliance with local codes, ordinances and safety regulations, along with other tasks/duties directed by the Director of Maintenance.
