Fleet Supervisor Phoenix Area (CDL Required)

We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to oversee our Phoenix transportation operations and lead a team of drivers. Position Summary

The Fleet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily transportation operations, driver performance, and fleet compliance for an Amazon Freight Partner. This position ensures safe, efficient, and compliant operations while supporting drivers, coordinating with dispatch, and maintaining adherence to Amazon and DOT regulations. The Fleet Supervisor must hold a valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL) and have strong knowledge of commercial transportation, safety, and fleet management.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day fleet operations and driver activities.

Ensure loads are delivered safely, on time, and in compliance with Amazon service standards in collaboration with our dispatch team.

Monitor route performance and resolve operational issues.

Maintain fleet tractor help by working with dedicated vendors.

Provide leadership, guidance, and support to CDL drivers.

Conduct driver coaching, performance reviews, and corrective action when necessary.

Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and Hours of Service (HOS).

Investigate accidents, incidents, and safety violations.

Monitor vehicle inspections, maintenance schedules, and DVIRs.

Track driver safety and on-time performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.

2+ years of commercial driving experience.

Fleet management experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and ELD systems.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Work Schedule

Full-time position with possible nights, weekends, and holidays depending on operational needs.

Benefits

Competitive salary starting at $65,000 per year.

$1,500 quarterly bonus if performance metrics are met.
