About This Position

The Talent Operations Associate plays a crucial dual role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates visiting the Recruitment Hub while efficiently managing administrative tasks and coordinating pre-employment assessments. This position serves as the first point of contact for applicants, maintains an organized testing environment, and provides essential support to the recruitment team.

  • Exceptional Customer Service: Ability to create a welcoming and professional first impression for candidates.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with a clear and professional phone demeanor.
  • Attention to Detail & Accuracy: Meticulous in managing data, records, and test administration.
  • Organizational & Time Management: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a varied workload efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Resourceful in addressing immediate issues, especially during test administration.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive candidate information with the utmost integrity.
  • Professionalism & Poise: Maintains a calm and composed demeanor, even under pressure.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively and support a dynamic recruitment team.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with office equipment and learning new assessment platforms.
What We're Looking For:
  • Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's degree preferably Human Resources or any related field
  • Experience in Recruitment Operations is a plus but not required.
