GBS Transition Manager (EN/FR) at Winning – Porto, Castelo Branco

• Bachelor's degree / Master's degree preferred

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience, with demonstrated project (5y+) experience in moving business to Shared Service Centers in a multinational environment

• Strong understanding of project management, continuous improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques (PMP certification appreciated)

• Previous involvement in IT projects / Experience in ERP deployment appreciated

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Power Point, Excel, Word, Visio, SharePoint, Teams, …) to produce project documentation

• Proficiency in project management software tools, such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or JIRA appreciated.

• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and delivering business impact

• Strong command of verbal and written English; French is a plus

• Customer focus mindset

• Commitment to delivering a high level of service

• Frequent travel: Candidate must be able to spend 4 to 5 days a week abroad, during several weeks to support the transition
