As a Sales Engineer, Testing, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding clients through evaluation and implementation of AI-powered testing solutions. You will work closely with account executives to understand customer needs, deliver product demonstrations, and design technical solutions that solve complex testing challenges. The position involves both strategic insight and hands-on technical skills, focusing on mobile and web application testing, automation, and integration within modern DevOps pipelines. Serve as a technical expert on enterprise testing solutions, providing guidance on best practices and testing strategies.
Conduct virtual and in-person product demonstrations, technical proof-of-value sessions, and workshops tailored to client needs.
Lead technical discovery with prospects to identify pain points and align solutions to business objectives.
Collaborate with account executives and business development representatives to support sales campaigns and strategic deals.
Assist clients in integrating testing solutions into their DevOps pipelines and technology stack.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and product portfolio developments.
Occasionally travel domestically to support customer engagements and events.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
3-5 years in Sales Engineering or a similar customer-facing technical role with enterprise clients.
Strong knowledge of software testing practices, including functional, performance, and accessibility testing.
Hands-on experience with mobile application testing frameworks (Espresso, XCUITest) and development tools (IntelliJ, Visual Studio, Android Studio, Xcode).
Familiarity with coding in at least one programming language, preferably Java, for hands-on demonstrations.
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and integrating testing into DevOps pipelines.
Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
Preferred experience with AI-assisted testing tools, test analytics, low-code/no-code automation, or enterprise architecture practices.
