Accountabilities:
  • Launch and manage relationships with strategic retail partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive partner growth, revenue, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives on tight deadlines, including marketing, operations, and catalog setup.
  • Perform data analysis to extract business insights and recommend scalable growth strategies.
  • Establish processes and reporting to optimize team operations and enhance partner experience.
  • Engage and educate partners, providing guidance, problem-solving, and support at all organizational levels.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of account management, business development, or partnership management experience; MBA preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting large data sets to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience negotiating complex deals with retail, CPG, or commerce-based partners.
  • Creative, structured problem-solving skills with a proactive and independent work approach.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and evolving business landscapes, with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
