The Data Product Manager, Firmographics will own and evolve the company data foundation that powers key platform capabilities. This role ensures that company entities, attributes, and relationships are accurate, comprehensive, and structured to support advanced search, segmentation, and analytics. You will define the firmographic data roadmap, prioritize improvements, and partner with Engineering and Product teams to architect scalable pipelines for ingestion, normalization, and reconciliation. This position combines strategic vision, hands-on data management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality, product-ready datasets that enhance customer value and platform reliability. Your work will directly influence data quality, operational efficiency, and the overall customer experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and drive the firmographic data product roadmap, defining strategy for company entity resolution, enrichment, and coverage.

  • Translate customer and internal feedback into prioritized improvements in company attributes, segmentation, and entity models.

  • Partner with Engineering to design scalable data pipelines for ingestion, normalization, and reconciliation from multiple sources.

  • Define frameworks for data source reliability, confidence scoring, and attribute reconciliation to ensure high-quality data.

  • Establish and monitor data quality KPIs and SLAs for coverage, freshness, accuracy, and entity resolution.

  • Lead research and data investigation projects to uncover gaps, resolve inconsistencies, and improve dataset comprehensiveness.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Research to ensure firmographic data enables core platform capabilities.

  • Maintain rigorous standards for data governance, quality assurance, and documentation.

Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of experience in data products, analytics, data operations, or data platform roles.

  • 3–5 years of experience as a dedicated Data Product Manager owning complex datasets or pipelines.

  • Proven ability to manage large, multi-source datasets and implement data enrichment strategies.

  • Strong understanding of entity-based datasets (e.g., company, people, product data).

  • Hands-on experience with SQL and data exploration tools for validation and analysis.

  • Familiarity with entity resolution, data reconciliation, attribute normalization, and data quality monitoring frameworks.

  • Ability to define technical specifications, develop data roadmaps, and balance customer value with engineering complexity.

  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Advanced spreadsheet skills and experience with data visualization to communicate insights effectively.

  • Preferred: experience within SaaS organizations or management consulting firms, working with large-scale entity datasets.
