This role is a key leadership position responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion across the Americas. You will develop and execute strategic sales initiatives for both new and existing customer accounts, while managing direct sales teams and channel partners. The position requires a strong balance of commercial vision, operational rigor, and relationship-building skills to maximize sales performance and customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Support teams to align product development and marketing initiatives with market needs. This role offers high travel opportunities and requires a dynamic professional capable of influencing at multiple levels and delivering measurable business impact.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and profitability across the Americas market.

  • Manage and nurture key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying future sales opportunities.

  • Lead and develop both direct sales teams and channel partners to achieve performance targets.

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Engineering, and Operations teams to provide market insights and guide product development aligned with customer needs.

  • Oversee sales forecasting and reporting for budget planning and executive review.

  • Plan and execute marketing activities in coordination with factory marketing teams to build brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

  • Serve as the primary representative of the brand, maintaining a professional image in all interactions with customers, partners, and industry events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent; MS/MBA is a plus.

  • 10+ years of experience in a high-tech, fast-paced environment with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop creative sales plans, secure new business, and grow large accounts from scratch.

  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Experience in managing, hiring, and developing successful sales teams.

  • Technical knowledge of digital imaging or optical systems is advantageous but not required.

  • Capacity to travel frequently across the Americas as needed to support business objectives.
