This role is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and high-impact recruiter to shape the future of a fast-growing technology organization by building exceptional Product, Research, and Engineering teams. As a Senior Talent Partner, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process for highly technical roles while collaborating closely with senior technical leaders and cross-functional partners. You will help define hiring strategies, elevate candidate experiences, and ensure the organization attracts and retains top-tier talent in competitive markets. The position requires a combination of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and strong relationship-building skills. Working in a remote-first environment, you will leverage data, modern recruiting tools, and innovative sourcing strategies to identify and secure outstanding technical professionals. Manage full-cycle recruitment for Product, Research, and Engineering roles, including software engineers, product managers, designers, data scientists, security engineers, and technical leadership positions.
Partner closely with technical leaders and hiring managers to define hiring strategies, success profiles, and interview processes.
Lead intake meetings to clarify technical requirements, competencies, and evaluation frameworks for open positions.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using multiple channels such as referrals, technical communities, professional networks, and recruiting tools.
Build and maintain strong pipelines of diverse, high-caliber candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Facilitate structured, competency-based interviews and candidate evaluations to support consistent and objective hiring decisions.
Maintain accurate recruiting data and leverage metrics to identify hiring bottlenecks and continuously improve processes.
Collaborate with People Operations and Finance teams to align on headcount planning, compensation calibration, and offer approvals.
Enhance recruiting workflows and processes through automation, AI-driven tools, and scalable recruiting practices.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership by providing insights into talent markets, hiring trends, and competitive recruiting strategies.
7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 4 years focused on highly technical roles such as engineering, product management, research, or data science.
Experience recruiting in high-growth technology or SaaS environments, particularly with remote or distributed teams.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing, engaging, and closing senior-level technical candidates in competitive markets.
Strong experience working with applicant tracking systems (preferably Greenhouse) and modern sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and technical talent platforms.
Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior technical leaders and influence hiring decisions.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use recruiting metrics and funnel data to improve hiring outcomes.
Experience integrating automation and AI-driven tools into recruiting workflows to improve efficiency and candidate evaluation.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on candidate experience and stakeholder collaboration.
High level of ownership, accountability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Competitive base salary ranging from $120,000 to $135,000 USD annually.
