Janitor / Custodian in Portland, Oregon at LSG Sky Chefs

This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the facilities which may involve sweeping, mopping, dusting , cleansing, and sanitizing all areas of our facilities.

• Must be willing to work in a time oriented work environment.
• Ability to read and understand labels on cleaning materials and cleaning supplies.
• Must be able to carry, lift up to 75 pounds.
• Must be able to push/pull up to 10 pounds for 500 ft.
• Must be able to walk/stoop/ bend/ stand for entire work shift.
• Must be able to use fingers/hands to handle equipment.
• Work with chemicals and industrial cleaning materials/agents.
• Experience in facility cleaning or janitorial services
• Able to safely use cleaning supplies and chemicals.

• Work assigned schedule which may include days, nights, weekends or holidays
• Work overtime when required
• Pass a criminal background check

• This position requires being active, walking, heavy lifting and pushing up to 75 lbs.
• Must be able to work around moving parts and wet floors.
• Regularly stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours.
• Work with chemicals and industrial cleaning materials.

Must be available to work weekends and Holidays. Schedule availability for day or night shift.
