Service Coordination Supervisor Opportunity Summary:

The Service Coordination Supervisor is accountable for scheduling precision, workflow accuracy, job aging control, and billing packet readiness to ensure efficient daily operations.

Job Duties:

• Schedule technicians efficiently and maintain accurate daily system updates.
• Accountable for maintaining job aging within established thresholds.
• Ensure billing documentation packets are complete and within policy timelines.
• Verify technician time daily and manage PTO scheduling within policy guidelines.
• Escalate operational concerns when overtime or workflow thresholds are exceeded.
• Coordinate approved outside vendors and asset movement.

Work Experience & Qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Computer and software skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
