Auto Service Technician - Immediate Opening at Honda City – Liverpool, New York

Job description:

We are seeking a top notch, experienced Service Technician for our growing Dealership located in Liverpool! We offer a very competitive compensation package. Income Potential up to $35.00 per hour dependent upon experience.

Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Inspect vehicles and diagnose the problem(s).
• Provide an excellent customer service experience by performing quality repair and maintenance work that meets dealership and manufacturer standards including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc.
• Provide an estimate of time and parts needed for repair/maintenance.
• Learn new technical information and techniques in training sessions to stay current with rapidly changing technology
• Build and maintain knowledge of products and services via on-the-job training and completion of manufacturer training
• Must be analytical with good problem-solving skills
• Maintain a safe and clean work space

Service Technician Requirements:

• Automotive service technician experience
• Energetic with a positive attitude
• Devotion to your work as a career
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Clean Driving Record
• Manufacturer and/or ASE certifications, a plus
• Automotive technical school graduate, a plus
