Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Testing Manager to work for our company.

Summary:

• Supervises a team of test specialists and manages complex,state-of-the-arttest programs.
• Translatescomplex program requirements into testableobjectives.
• Analyzes and recommends testcycle, test plans, safety reviews, and detailed testobjectives.
• Manages and works effectively with diverse organizations and personalities to execute a successful test program.
• Appliescomplex test methodologies andcompensatefor limitations and restrictions.
• Develops overall test strategy to includeobjectives, methodologies, analysis, and schedules.
• Independently assess system performance against stated requirements.
• Applies test discipline to design a thorough and executable test program.
• Leads analysis efforts to dissect output data,interface withthe client, and provide clear results and recommendations.
• Applies use cases and user stories to create test cases.

Requirements:

• Eligibility to obtain a Department of Homeland Security suitability.(Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)
• Must haveaBachelorsDegree
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
• Musthave5years of relevant experience.
• Five (5) years of Oracle EBS R12.2 platform experience.
• Experience in testing software applications, including system, regression, acceptance, end to end, performance, and automation testing.
• Experience in an Agile environment. Knowledge of System Operations, Engineering, and DevOps integration.
• Experience developing andmaintainingtest cases using designated automated test tools.
• Must have detailed familiarity with commercial test environments and operating procedures.
• Experience supervising a team of testspecialistand managing complex,state-of-the-arttest programs.
• Experience translating complex program requirements into testableobjectives.
• Experience analyzing and recommending testcycle, test plans, safety reviews, and detailed testobjectives.
• Oral presentation experience and excellent oral and written communication skills.
