About the Role:
The Line Worker plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by ensuring the efficient and accurate assembly of products on the production line. This position requires close attention to detail to maintain quality standards and adherence to safety protocols. The Line Worker collaborates with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets while minimizing downtime and waste. This role contributes directly to the overall productivity and success of the manufacturing plant by maintaining consistent workflow and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Ultimately, the Line Worker helps deliver high-quality products to customers by executing their tasks with precision and reliability.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and safety standards.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime if necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production line environment.
- Familiarity with operating standard manufacturing machinery and tools.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery and equipment on the production line to assemble products according to specifications.

- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for self and coworkers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to support efficient production flow.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, production issues, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed daily production goals and deadlines.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking materials and notifying supervisors when supplies are low.
