Integrated Behavioral Technologies, Inc. (IBT) is a group of caring individuals whose goal is to provide children and their families with the behavioral therapy services they need to succeed. We are a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization that serves children across the state of Kansas with a focus on rural and low-income areas. IBT is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBAs) and/or Autism Specialist (AS) at our Coffeyville, KS clinic.

Job Responsibilities (actual percentages may vary based on week/month):
Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
- 1. Client Services
- Responsible for new client services
- Coordinate transition for new clients
- Conduct intake assessments, functional analysis of behavior, and reinforcer preference assessment
- 2. Responsible for the supervision of existing client services
- Conduct team meeting with direct service staff
- Develop a system to ensure systematic review and review program data several times each week
- Develop a system to evaluate the effectiveness of intervention and appropriateness of client services.
- Conduct IEP meetings in conjunction with parents, and direct service staff.
- Conduct progress meetings with parents on monthly or as needed basis.
- Provide Reports and Monitoring information as required
- 3. Responsible for the supervision of direct service staff
- Assist in the development of qualifications for direct service staff.
- Recruit and hire direct service staff.
- Develop performance measures and provide weekly feedback to staff.
- Serve as liaison between direct service staff and Associate Executive Director.
- 4. Staff Communication and Support
- Provide initial training, coaching, and monitoring to both lead and line teachers in the use of applied behavior analysis and targeted skills
- Provide initial and ongoing training PBIS for staff in the clinic and center
- Conduct fidelity assessments of lead and line teachers in the application of targeted skills
- Manage materials preparation for training sessions
- Conduct ongoing, quarterly training for staff
- 5. Parent Communication and Support
- Responsible for supervision of parent training
- Conduct center-based parent training meetings
- Schedule in-home parent training sessions
- 6. Research and Collaborations
- Assist in the identification of existing attendee’s for participation;
- Assist with obtaining parental consents for participation;
- Maintain human subjects’ certification with collaborating partners as needed

Required Qualifications
The Consultant will be:
- Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Assistant Behavior Analyst licensed through the Kansas Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board (KSBSRB), or
- Board-Certified Behavior Analyst – Doctoral (BCBA-D), or Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), or Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCABA), or
- An individual with a master’s degree, preferably in Human Services or Education with documented experience working with a child with an Autism Spectrum Disorder and completion of the state-approved training curriculum.
- Such letter shall be signed by the HCBS director or agency-designated staff.
- Providers applying under this criterion shall present a letter signed by KDADS-HCBS showing acceptance of presented qualification/credential.
- Additionally, the individual must have a clean background, as evidenced through background checks of records maintained by the Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI), Adult Protective Services (APS), Child Protective Services (CPS), Nurse Aide Registry, and Motor Vehicle screen.
Preferred Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst). Must be licensed in the State of Kansas as a Licensed Behavior Analyst
- At minimum 1 year of training service providers to work with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD)
- Master’s degree in early childhood, education, behavior analysis, psychology, social work, music therapy, language, or a related field
- Experience conducting interventions or research with children with behavior problems
- Experience conducting family trainings on ABA based treatment plans
- 12 months minimum experience working with families in home and/or community-based settings
- Proficiency with Word and/or other word processing programs
- Data analysis experience (SPSS, Excel etc.)
- Strong written and oral communication skills as evidenced in work history
- Strong organizational and planning skills as evidence in work history
