What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines, and line cooling
• Work independently in the field - but stay tight with dispatch, parts, and fellow techs
• Use work-order video on every job to document, educate, and build trust
• Close the loop on quotes, clearly explaining issues and solutions to keep customers informed
• Leave every job site better than you found it

Must-Haves

• 2+ years commercial HVAC/R field experience with solid troubleshooting
• Comfortable running after-hours and weekend emergency calls when it's your turn on-call
• Professionalism and clear customer communication
• Brings a "whatever it takes" attitude to the job site
• Can work independently, but knows how to tag-team when the situation calls for it
• Treats customers with respect, keeps them informed, and makes their problem your mission
• EPA Certification

Nice-to-haves

• CFESA, OEM certs; hot-side exposure
