Account Executive / Social Media / Video Content

We are seeking a creative, organized, and customer-focused individual who can blend account management with social media content creation and short-form video production. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers while also driving brand presence through engaging digital content.

• Manage and grow customer accounts through consistent communication and excellent service
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide product recommendations, and resolve issues professionally
• Prepare and send quotes, process orders, and maintain accurate customer records
• Build strong relationships with clients to increase retention and sales

• Plan, schedule, and publish social media content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and track performance metrics
• Develop creative campaigns to highlight products, promotions, and company culture

• Film, edit, and produce short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Create product demos, how-to videos, customer spotlights, and marketing clips
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify trending topics and content opportunities
• Ensure brand consistency in all videos

• Experience in customer service or account management
• Experience with social media content creation (professional or portfolio required)
• Video filming and editing skills (mobile or DSLR; CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
• Strong communication skills—written and verbal
