We are currently looking for ServiceNow HRSD Consultant

Requirements:

Service Now HRSD Development & Configuration
Design and configure HR Case Management, HR Services, and COEs
Develop and customize: HR Case templates ,Record Producers

Develop and customize Employee Center / Service Portal for HR users

Configure:

HR Service Catalog items

Knowledge Articles

HR widgets and portal pages

Ensure optimal UX, role-based visibility, and HR data separation

Support Incidents on the platform and drive timely resolution.

Location: Portugal, remote
