Accountabilities:

  • Lead business analysis activities including requirements gathering, process mapping, root cause analysis, and future-state design.
  • Provide project management support, including defining scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
  • Partner with IT and product teams to support agile development cycles, ensuring business needs are accurately translated into technical solutions.

  • Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing, release planning, and system validation activities.
  • Leverage data analytics and customer insights to develop business cases and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Support organizational change management efforts to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex, cross-functional environments, ideally within financial services, insurance, or regulated industries.
  • Strong subject matter expertise across multiple operational functions, with the ability to translate business needs into technical and process requirements.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, managing complex initiatives and competing priorities.
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data to influence outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work in matrixed, agile environments.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines independently.
  • Intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Project management or process improvement certifications (PMP, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar) are a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of $89,000 to $147,000, based on experience, skills, and location.
  • Performance-based annual bonus potential.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
  • Generous paid time off, parental leave, and military leave programs.
  • 401(k) plan with company match and company-funded pension plan.
  • Wellness reimbursement program and extensive work-life resources.
  • Education benefits supporting degree and certification programs.
  • Employee stock purchase plan and additional long-term incentive opportunities.
  • Flexible hybrid or fully remote work options within the United States.
