Accountabilities:

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex, cross-functional environments, ideally within financial services, insurance, or regulated industries.
Strong subject matter expertise across multiple operational functions, with the ability to translate business needs into technical and process requirements.
Demonstrated project management experience, managing complex initiatives and competing priorities.
Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data to influence outcomes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work in matrixed, agile environments.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines independently.
