Legal Process Server/Driver at U.S. Legal Support – Woodland Hills, California

Are you an independent, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in the field? U.S. Legal Support is looking for a Process Server/Driver to serve legal process, retrieve records, and ensure seamless client service throughout the Greater Los Angeles area. If you have experience in delivery services, ride-share driving, or legal photocopying/scanning, this could be the perfect role for you!

Location: Los Angeles - Downtown to West Side (Field-Based)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Legal Process & Records Retrieval

• Hand-serve subpoenas and legal documents.
• Copy and obtain records on-site as requested by clients.
• Pick up records and verify appointment details.

📌 Communication & Coordination

• Maintain professional and courteous communication with locations, field managers, customer service reps, and production technicians.
• Provide status updates on subpoenas and service requests.
• Forward correspondence and request checks when necessary.

📌 Technical & Administrative Support

• Perform clerical duties, including scanning and uploading documents.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine appropriate solutions.
• Utilize company software for documentation and tracking.

Qualifications:

✔ Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in legal services, delivery driving, ride-share services, or customer service preferred.

✔ Technical & Soft Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Ability to learn and navigate proprietary software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

✔ Additional Requirements:

• Reliable personal vehicle with proof of insurance and a good driving record.
• Mileage reimbursement included!
