Sales Associate - Designer Eyes, Brickell City Center at Designer Eyes Inc – Sunrise, Florida

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sunglasses Sales Associate to join our retail team. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers find the perfect sunglasses to match their style and needs. You’ll provide excellent customer service, expert product knowledge, and a warm, welcoming shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

    •     Greet customers with a friendly, approachable attitude and engage them in product selection

    •     Assist customers in finding the right sunglasses based on face shape, lifestyle, and style preferences

    •     Provide detailed product information and educate customers on lens options, frame materials, and UV protection

    •     Maintain knowledge of current product lines and new arrivals, as well as promotions or discounts

    •     Keep the store organized, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and maintaining cleanliness

    •     Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the store’s POS system

    •     Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset

    •     Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals

    •     Stay updated on fashion trends and eyewear industry developments to provide informed advice

Requirements:

    •     Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, ideally in eyewear or fashion

    •     Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    •     Passion for fashion, eyewear, and providing outstanding customer service

    •     Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and peak sales periods

    •     Basic math skills for handling transactions
