This position is responsible for performing highly complex technical and analytical work, under limited supervision, to support the development and implementation of strategic business solutions for the Clinical Operations Case Management department. Responsibilities include researching and analyzing clinical and operational data to improve case management processes, performance, and member outcomes.

This position is responsible for performing highly complex technical and analytical work, under limited supervision, to support the development and implementation of strategic business solutions for the Clinical Operations Case Management department. Responsibilities include researching and analyzing clinical and operational data to improve case management processes, performance, and member outcomes.
Your Responsibilities
- Participates in process change and redesign to implement improvements (including business requirements and acceptance testing) to support the business units.
- The focus is on end-to-end business process improvements that drive the operation of the business to ensure services and transactions are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Identifies opportunities and recommends solutions that increases automation and resolves system deficiencies.
- Researches and resolves system issues in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintains awareness of systems, products and expertise to support business units.
- Participates in assigned work groups, committees, and project implementations.
- Collaborates with business and technical units.
- Acts as a mentor for other individuals in the department.
Required Skills and Experience
- 6+ years of related professional experience. All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered.
- 5 years analytical experience or equivalent military experience.
- Excellent collaborative, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Intermediate technical skills (Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Access).
- Desire to excel and ability to work in a high paced environment, handling multiple responsibilities and projects.
- Strong work ethic, flexible.
- High school diploma (or equivalency) and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree.
- Health Insurance experience preferred.
- Registered nurse with current MN license and with no restrictions or Behavioral Health Professional that is Clinician licensed for independent practice.
