Job Title: Partnership Tax Manager – Asset Management
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Travel: As needed
Key Responsibilities

• Review partnership tax returns and provide tax planning guidance
• Evaluate partnership agreements and manage IRC 704(b) accounts
• Lead client engagements and manage multiple tax projects
• Research partnership tax matters (Subchapter K)
• Communicate with clients and tax authorities, including IRS inquiries
• Mentor and train team members
• Support business development activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA required
• 6–10 years of tax compliance/consulting experience in public accounting
• Experience with partnership structuring and asset management clients
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and partnership taxation
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Must be able to work hybrid schedule (3 days in office)
• Ability to travel as needed
