This role is crucial in leading and coordinating project activities within a dynamic and diverse team focused on clinical trials. The position ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget, while adhering to the highest quality standards. You will oversee all aspects of project execution including planning, resource management, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation. Your contributions will be fundamental in shaping the future of clinical development in various territories.
Accountabilities- Manage oversight of study and regional/country level activities from study startup through conduct and study close.
- Oversee the study startup process in assigned countries and manage external partners as necessary.
- Support investigator outreach, site identification, and feasibility assessments to meet study protocol requirements.
- Ensure compliance to relevant global and local regulations.
- Facilitate efficient communication between global and local study teams.
- Identify and manage deviations and risks during study execution.
- Coordinate effective site recruitment planning in alignment with global targets.
- Act as the study level point of contact for project-related inquiries.
- A scientific or technical degree is preferred along with knowledge of clinical trial methodology.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in operational clinical trials.
- Demonstrated experience managing country-level operations and vendors.
- Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice and regulatory operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex processes.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and processes.
