About This Position
Position: Maintenance Millwright
Schedule: Full-time, 2:00pm – 10:30pm
Location: Fraserwood
Earn Up To: $45.50
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Millwright is responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment to support smooth plant operations. The ideal candidate demonstrates initiative, leadership, and strict adherence to all Food Safety and Health & Safety policies.

Here’s Who You Are:
- Actively participate in routine preventive maintenance programs and maintain accurate records.
- Respond promptly to floor calls and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Utilize the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking maintenance tasks.
- Perform routine maintenance on mechanical equipment, including conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and related components.
- Perform general facility maintenance as required.
- Recommend and implement corrective actions and necessary repairs.
Summ! Responsibilities:
- Red Seal Certified or hold valid BC Journeyman Millwright Certification
- 1-3 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Experience working with a CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management Software)
- TIG welding experience is an asset
- Boiler, refrigeration, and HVAC experience are an asset
