This role provides essential operational support for field initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination of events, lead capture, and CRM data management. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of field leads, supporting both in-person and virtual events, and enabling field teams to focus on partner engagement. The position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. You will also assist with marketing deliverables, event logistics, and reporting to ensure accurate, actionable insights. Accountabilities:- Coordinate full lifecycle of field leads from pre-event setup to post-event closeout, ensuring accurate CRM mapping and lead validation.
- Support event execution, including in-person and virtual setups, promotional materials, and logistical arrangements.
- Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring proper campaign setup, data accuracy, and lead tracking.
- Generate and manage QR codes, UTM links, and forms to enable precise lead collection.
- Monitor lead status and call quality, providing operational support to field teams and partners.
- Collaborate with marketing, compliance, and partner teams to deliver consistent messaging and customized campaign materials.
- Provide ongoing operational and administrative support for field initiatives, events, and campaigns.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; additional education is a plus.
- Experience with CRM systems, email operations, and lead tracking processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and familiarity with webinar platforms such as Zoom.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable, with a strong willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Experience supporting virtual teams and remote collaboration.
