Electrician Assistant at EPT INTEGRITY ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC – El Paso, Texas

OVERVIEW OF POSITION:

Electrician is responsible for setting and maintaining the electrical infrastructure of properties assigned while producing and maintain well functioning electrical connections to minimize the probability of accidents and maximize usability of electricity in all facilities. Installs and maintains electrical devices on the property. Performs regular inspections of the devices to see that they are working optimally. Determines and repairs problems erupting in electrical devices. Must read and understand the wiring of the building in order to install necessary equipment. Maintains the devices and equipment used to install, update or change electrical devices. Recommends the purchase of necessary equipment. Ensures that personal protection equipment is maintained, used and in individual’s possession at all times when performing any work. Ensures that work assigned is completed on a timely basis.

Reports any resident inquiries, compliments and criticisms in a timely and constructive manner to the Investment Manager and Supervisor. Current Drivers Lisence

SPECIAL SKILLS

Knowledge of equipment, tools, and procedures of Electrical and other related equipment. Knowledge of hand and power tools as well as mechanical equipment including but not limited to: motors, pumps, compressors, blowers, etc. Working conditions include dirty environment, extreme temperatures, lifts or carries heavy objects. Must adhere to safety standards at all times.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

A High School diploma or GED. Three (3) year of Electrician experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Constant need to be on feet; requires standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, climbing, or walking alternatively depending on specific needs of the day. Climbing stairs and ladders are required as well as getting on and off a roof. Must be able to grasp, push and pull certain equipment necessary to perform job. Lifting and carrying of weights under and up to 50lbs by self. May have to lift more than 50lbs with required internal systems in place and/or with other team members.

CERTIFICATES ENCOURAGED BUT NOT REQUIRED:
