In this role, you will play a critical part in driving the growth of our investment initiatives in telecommunications and renewables. With goals centered on building client relationships and managing your personal origination pipeline, you will help shape the future of our projects. Your expertise will contribute to strategic initiatives, aiding in our rapid expansion in the industry. You will be key in enabling successful negotiations and fostering deep connections in our venture. This position empowers you to leverage your skills in a dynamic, remote environment.
Accountabilities- Support team members to develop and maintain an individual customer pipeline in line with the companys model.
- Own and manage your personal origination pipeline using curated data from initial engagement through executed closing.
- Serve as the primary advisor to prospective clients, building relationships and guiding them through the ground lease buyout process.
- Evaluate opportunities and structure preliminary terms directly with property owners.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management to achieve defined monthly, quarterly, and annual origination targets.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and product innovation to strengthen our competitive position.
- Develop deep expertise in the telecommunications and infrastructure investment industries.
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university required or 4+ years of work experience in business to consumer (B2C) sales.
- Natural sales talent with strong business acumen.
- Exceptional negotiation skills.
- Experience negotiating transactions from sourcing through close.
- Familiarity with real estate closing processes.
- Familiarity with finance concepts such as IRR and NPV.
- Experience originating or developing within renewable energy, commercial real estate, mortgages, telecom, land acquisition, mineral rights acquisition.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
