We are aggressively building a best-in-class Assistant Manager team and are currently seeking exceptional full time Kitchen supervisors/Production Supervisors for the location at 9919 Golf Course Road, Ocean City, MD 21842.
Our Kitchen Production Supervisors play a vital role in kitchen operations by supervising production and ensuring quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and supervising production of bakery items (donuts, bagels, muffins, etc.)
- Second-in-command of the manager, making sure all systems run smoothly and efficiently. On occasions when the manager is absent, they are officially in charge
- Train and develop the production associates to ensure maximum productivity
- Conduct inventories
- Manage the kitchen reporting requirements
- Receives and checks food inventory and supplies for quality and quantity
- Overseeing the rotation and placement of all food in clean containers, labeled and dated
- Prevents the spoiling and contamination of foods by practicing proper sanitation and complying with corporate policy and health regulations
- Takes a proactive role in keeping all culinary areas in a clean and sanitary manner and kept within the cleanliness guidelines set forth by the local health authority and management team.
- Any other tasks as assigned by a manager

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
- Standing on feet
- Repetitive motion including bending, stooping and reaching
- Lifting packages (more than 20 pounds)
- Working in a small space
Shifts begin early afternoon and run into the evening and overnight.
Ideal candidates have backgrounds as a line cook, poultry plant worker, or experience in manufacturing or packaging, fast food, factory line, bakery and confectionery production, distribution warehouse picking, back of house restaurant work.
Candidates with previous prep cook, sous chef, Sautee cook, broiler cook, breakfast cook, fry cook or line cook experience as well as housekeeping, hotel and hotel restaurant experience will also be considered.
Pay and Benefits:
We offer an attractive total compensation plan that includes per hour wage and a comprehensive benefits package (available after one year of employment).
