About This Position
Marco's Pizza is seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead restaurant operations and build a high-performing team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for running daily operations, developing team members, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
The General Manager oversees all aspects of store performance including staffing, food quality, operational standards, and financial results.

SIGNING BONUS
Qualified candidates may be eligible for a $2,000 signing bonus.
Signing bonus payout structure:
• $1,000 after completing training and initial onboarding
• $1,000 after 120 days of successful employment
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead all daily restaurant operations
• Hire, train, and develop team members and shift leaders
• Maintain strong food quality and guest service standards
• Manage scheduling, labor targets, and staffing levels
• Monitor and control food cost and inventory
• Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and operational standards
• Build a positive and accountable team culture
• Support local marketing and community engagement efforts
WORK SCHEDULE EXPECTATIONS
This is a full-time leadership position. General Managers are expected to work a minimum of approximately 45 hours per week, with scheduling flexibility based on the needs of the business.
Restaurant leadership is a results-driven role, and schedules may vary depending on store operations, team needs, and peak business periods. Our goal is to build strong teams so leaders can focus on running great operations rather than constantly filling gaps.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Restaurant management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to run high-volume shifts in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing labor, food cost, and team performance
• A leader who enjoys developing people and building strong teams
Pizza or quick service experience is a plus, but strong restaurant leaders from other concepts are encouraged to apply.
