  • We are currently looking to fill a position at our Fremont location.
  • This position is part-time.
  • Proposed Schedule: Tuesday (2pm - 7:15pm), Wednesday (2pm - 7:15pm), Thursday (7:15am - 12pm, 2pm - 7:15pm)
  • Total Hours: 22-30 hours/week
  • Pay Rate: $20.76/hour

What we are looking for:

  • Coursework in Human Anatomy and Physiology (strongly recommended).
  • A passionate Aide who is dedicated to helping people achieve their goals.
  • A collaborative team player who uplifts and supports those around them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants during patient treatment sessions
  • Set up and clean treatment areas and therapy equipment before and after sessions
  • Guide patients through basic exercises as directed by clinical staff
  • Observe patients during exercises and report questions or concerns to the therapist
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinic environment
  • Restock supplies and prepare equipment for daily use
  • Support patient flow by helping patients move between treatment areas
  • Assist with general clinic tasks such as laundry and equipment organization
  • Assist front desk team as needed with greeting and checking in patients, taking copays, etc.
  • Follow clinic policies, safety guidelines, and HIPAA standards
  • Work collaboratively with therapists and front desk staff to create a positive patient experience

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and move throughout the clinic for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move equipment up to 30–50 pounds
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and squatting while setting up equipment and assisting with tasks
