About the Role:

The Warehouse Admin plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of warehouse activities within a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for managing inventory records, coordinating shipments and deliveries, and supporting warehouse staff with administrative tasks to maintain operational accuracy. The Warehouse Admin acts as a liaison between warehouse personnel, suppliers, and internal departments to facilitate timely communication and problem resolution. By maintaining accurate documentation and data entry, this role helps optimize inventory control and supports compliance with safety and quality standards. Ultimately, the Warehouse Admin contributes to the overall productivity and effectiveness of the warehouse, directly impacting the manufacturing supply chain's success.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in warehouse administration or a related role within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain principles.
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and warehouse safety standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update inventory records using warehouse management systems to ensure accuracy and availability of stock information.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling, documentation, and communication with carriers and suppliers.
  • Support warehouse staff by preparing reports, processing purchase orders, and managing administrative paperwork.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in conducting regular physical inventory counts to reconcile discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as procurement, production, and logistics to streamline warehouse operations and resolve issues promptly.

Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
