As an HVAC Install Helper with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, you’ll support our skilled installers in residential HVAC installations, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and thermostats, always treating customers with the utmost respect and attention. This role includes on-the-job training, shadowing, and continuous learning, while following workplace procedures and safety guidelines. What You’ll DoAs an HVAC Install Helper, you will:

Assist HVAC installers with residential installations of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and thermostats

Support equipment and parts upgrades as needed

Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure accurate and efficient installations

Follow all safety protocols and industry standards at all times

Provide exceptional customer service and support the team in ensuring client satisfaction

Maintain clean, safe, and organized worksites and equipment

Document work using ServiceTitan or similar software

What It Takes to SucceedWe’re looking for helpers who bring:

Some experience or training in HVAC installation or a related field

Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Valid driver’s license with a clean record

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Professionalism, reliability, and dedication to safety

Customer-first mindset and team-oriented approach
