Position Summary:As an Associate Customer Integrations Manager, Logistics, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of our small and medium-sized business (SMB) customers. You will be responsible for overseeing shipping document integrations into our products and services, ensuring a smooth, efficient implementation experience tailored to the needs of growing businesses. Working closely with SMB customers, you will understand their operational requirements, coordinate technical implementation, and provide ongoing guidance to help them realize value quickly and confidently from our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the customer integration process and technical configuration of all shipping document integrations and Document Explorer solutions for SMB customers, ensuring timely completion and minimized time to value.
  • Manage projects related to customer integrations, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met and customers are kept informed throughout the process.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal product teams to address technical issues, troubleshoot problems, provide timely resolutions, and serve as an escalation point for Customer Support.
  • Drive product adoption by training SMB customers to confidently use shipping document integrations and Document Explorer to their full potential.
  • Monitor the performance of integrated solutions, gather customer feedback, and recommend improvements or optimizations.
  • Participate in Sales and Customer Success meetings to provide subject-matter expertise on shipping document integrations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR at least 4 years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.
  • Proven experience in customer success, client integrations, or account management.
  • Strong technical aptitude with familiarity in software and systems integrations.
  • SQL/PostgreSQL experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Location:

This role follows a hybrid work model, with regular in-office presence required at our US AR Rogers Office.

The salary range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more.

The annual salary range for this role is: $58,900- $64,000. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
