About the Role

We’re looking for a customer-focused Phone Optician to support our customers over the phone. In this role, you’ll help customers choose frames and lenses based on their needs, educate them on eyewear options, and provide an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

Our customers are athletes, outdoor enthusiasts, and people into great eyewear. If you enjoy helping people, problem-solving, and building rapport over the phone, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Provide excellent customer service over the phone
• Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses for sport, occupational, and specialty use
• Educate customers on eyewear needs including tints and anti-reflective coatings
• Build productive, trusting relationships with customers and teammates
• Stay knowledgeable on products and available options
• Multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Anticipate issues and develop solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform work accurately and thoroughly
• Adhere to attendance expectations and daily timekeeping requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an optical setting
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in English and basic math skills
• Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, energetic personality with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to perform well under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
• Availability to work flexible shifts
