THE ROLE WHAT YOU OWN

You are the senior construction leader responsible for executing new site deployments from early site preparation through guest-ready completion.

You will lead a small in-house construction leadership team of 23 people while coordinating a national network of subcontractors and specialty trades.

Projects range from $4M to $30M development budgets depending on site scope and amenities.

You will report to the Senior Director of Operations and work closely with the founder and owner, Seth Bolt.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCritical Path Leadership
  • Own the full project lifecycle from site mobilization to revenue-ready completion
  • Run real-time digital Gantt boards and task management using ClickUp
  • Protect the construction schedule and maintain forward momentum across all trades
Trade Team Leadership
  • Recruit and manage high-performing subcontractors and specialty trades
  • Maintain multiple qualified vendors per trade to prevent project slowdowns
  • Build a reliable network of trades capable of executing projects across multiple future sites
Sequencing and Site Execution
  • Coordinate infrastructure sequencing including roads, utilities, foundations, and prefab installations
  • Oversee prefab unit installation and final integration of systems and finishes
Budget and Value Engineering
  • Manage development budgets ranging from $4M to $30M
  • Track real-time costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency across future builds
  • Lead cost-per-key optimization and value engineering decisions
Systems and Scalability
  • Convert successful processes into repeatable SOPs and training documentation
  • Support development of standardized construction playbooks for future site deployments
  • Ensure every build improves speed, cost efficiency, and scalability for the next project
WHO YOU ARE

You are a senior construction leader with 810+ years of project management experience who thrives in fast-moving environments and complex site builds.

You likely bring a combination of the following:

  • A degree in Construction Management (or equivalent field experience)
  • Experience owning development budgets across multiple phases or stages of construction, including cost tracking, forecasting, and value engineering
  • Ground-up development or hospitality construction
  • Remote or terrain-challenging builds
  • Modular or prefab structures
  • Managing multiple subcontractors and schedules simultaneously
  • Data-driven project management using modern construction software

You combine operational discipline with builder instincts and enjoy solving complex construction challenges.

This role requires someone comfortable working on-site in rural environments during active build phases and leading projects that move quickly.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Compensation: $150,000 $225,000+ OTE (base salary plus performance bonuses)
