This role sits at the intersection of enterprise systems, automation, and AI-enabled transformation within a highly regulated and mission-driven environment. The position is responsible for designing and delivering practical, scalable automation solutions across key business platforms, with a strong focus on contracting, pricing, and revenue operations. It requires a hands-on leader who can translate complex business needs into efficient technical solutions that reduce manual effort and improve operational performance. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, the role drives improvements across Salesforce, CPQ, CLM, pricing systems, and planning tools. It also plays a key role in identifying where AI and generative technologies can add real value in enterprise workflows. This is a high-impact opportunity to modernize core operational processes and shape the future of intelligent enterprise systems.
- Lead the design and delivery of automation solutions across contracting, pricing, and revenue operations to improve efficiency, scalability, and business impact.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for automation, balancing AI-driven and deterministic approaches based on value, complexity, and maintainability.
- Design and implement workflow solutions across contract lifecycle processes including creation, approvals, amendments, and renewals.
- Support pricing and revenue workflows within CPQ and pricing platforms, ensuring accurate execution and data consistency.
- Enable forecasting and planning improvements within enterprise planning systems.
- Drive integrations and data synchronization across enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, CLM/CPQ tools, pricing systems, integration middleware, and planning applications.
- Introduce and embed AI-enabled capabilities such as contract summarization, clause insights, and intelligent assistants within business workflows.
- Lead rapid prototyping, iterative delivery, and establish reusable automation and integration patterns across systems.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 4–10+ years of relevant experience depending on level.
- Strong background in enterprise system integration, workflow automation, and SaaS platform delivery.
- Experience leading or mentoring technical teams in delivering software, automation, or system solutions.
- Hands-on expertise with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, CPQ/CLM tools, pricing systems, and planning applications.
- Proven ability to design and implement APIs, event-based architectures, and system integration solutions.
- Experience applying Generative AI or AI-enabled capabilities within business workflows.
- Strong understanding of when to apply AI-based solutions versus rule-based automation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in product, engineering, and business teams.
- Experience working in complex, enterprise-scale environments is highly preferred.
