What Youll Be Doing:
Were looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support our marketing team with day-to-day operations and data management. From data and CRM management to social media and campaign support, this role offers a well-rounded look at how digital marketing teams operate and drive results.
In this role, you will:
- Support data entry and maintenance across platforms like HubSpot and internal systems
- Enrich and organize customer and prospect data to improve targeting and outreach
- Assist with Bullhorn updates and database organization
- Help manage and schedule social media content, track engagement, and keep content organized
- Maintain clean, accurate records across marketing systems
- Assist with campaign execution, reporting, and performance tracking
- Support digital marketing efforts, including exposure to paid ads, email campaigns, and SEO/AEO initiatives
- Keep marketing files, lists, and workflows organized and up to date
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What Youll Learn
- How to use tools like HubSpot and Bullhorn to manage and activate data
- Fundamentals of digital marketing, including paid ads, email marketing, SEO/AEO, and social media strategy
- How campaigns are planned, executed, and measured
- Best practices for organizing, segmenting, and optimizing customer data
Qualifications
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Interest in marketing, data, or digital strategy
- Familiarity with social media platforms; experience with HubSpot or similar tools is a plus
- Comfortable working in Excel
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
