$45,000 - $60,000 commensurate with experience and skill levels.

• Manage the full lifecycle of listing coordination, signing, activating, and under contract
• Maintain consistent, professional communication with sellers
• Enter and manage listings in MLS with accuracy and attention to detail
• Coordinate photographers, staging, signage, and vendors
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries regarding listings
• Provide agents and clients with regular listing activity reports and updates
• Follow up on all showings to gain feedback for the seller
• Ensure every listing reflects our standard of excellence

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in the real estate industry a must!
• Highly organized and detail-oriented (you don’t let things fall through the cracks)
• Strong communicator who is polished and professional with clients
• Able to manage multiple priorities without getting overwhelmed
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Real estate experience preferred (MLS familiarity is a strong plus)
• Tech-savvy and confident in learning new systems
• Takes ownership and follows through without needing to be chased
