Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily workforce, equipment, and driver assignments to meet production and delivery goals.
• Prevent service disruptions through effective driver dispatching and shipment scheduling.
• Communicate with customers to assess fuel needs, monitor market conditions, and confirm delivery availability.
• Serve as a dispatcher on weekends, handling inbound customer calls and coordinating transportation operations in a fast ? paced, customer ? focused environment.
• Deliver fuel during the week, supporting safe and efficient transportation operations.
• Resolve operational and service issues while aligning drivers and staff with company values and safety standards.
• Foster a high ? performance, positive work environment through professional leadership and communication.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service and clear communication.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

• Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required.
• Ability to operate 13 ? and 18 ? speed manual transmissions.
• Must be at least 23 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in trucking or fuel delivery required, dispatch or customer service experience a plus.
• Intermediate computer skills required.
• Strong decision ? making, problem ? solving, and judgment skills with the ability to balance operational, customer, and drivers needs.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast ? paced, high ? pressure environment.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
