We are seeking a Programmer Analyst 2 to support the modernization of a cloud-hosted (OCI) desktop application into a web-based platform. The role involves analyzing legacy code, leading module development, and collaborating with development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Migrate desktop applications to web-based solutions
• Analyze existing code and take ownership of modules
• Collaborate with developers and guide team members

Required Skills:

• 6+ years with ASP.NET, MVC, Web Services, and .NET (C#, VB)
• Strong experience with Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL
• Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS
• Experience with jQuery Unobtrusive Validation
• Hands-on with TFS/GIT
• 3+ years with WinForms/WPF

Nice to Have:

• Angular or React experience
