Fulltime Dispatcher OFF ON WEEKENDS! at BELFORT FURNITURE – Dulles, Virginia

This full-time position is responsible for providing top customer service to our valued customers. This individual must pay attention to detail have the ability to multitask. They should have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills, the desire to learn and take on more responsibility, basic computer skills, people skills, and strong work ethic.

MAIN JOB DUTIES:

• Dispatch multiple delivery trucks
• Communicate with delivery drivers and technicians
• Process delivery paperwork
• Handle service-related issues
• Respond to delivery issues ensuring maximum efficiency and optimum customer service
• Utilize routing system to track deliveries and changes in routes
• Partner with the sales and customer care staff to resolve delivery and product discrepancies

SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm

HOURLY RATE:
$16.00-$17.50, depending on relevant experience

This position is currently based in Dulles, VA, but will be moving to Berryville, VA by the end of June 2026.
