• Oversee and perform sheet metal fabrication and installation across project sites.

• Mentor and train junior technicians, ensuring adherence to company standards.

• Interpret blueprints and construction drawings to guide layout and installation.

• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and quality expectations.

• Operate tools and equipment with precision, including cutting, bending, forming, and welding.

• Manage day-to-day workflow on-site, coordinating with HVAC crews and project managers.

• Maintain detailed records of labor, materials, and production tasks.

• Uphold a clean and organized work area and assist with inventory tracking.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication and installation.

• Strong technical proficiency in cutting, bending, welding, and the use of sheet metal equipment.

• Demonstrated ability to lead crews and mentor apprentices or junior team members.

• High-level understanding of blueprints, schematics, and HVAC ductwork systems.

• Commitment to safety standards and clean work practices.

• Strong communication skills and a dependable, task-oriented work ethic.

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record preferred.

• SST and OSHA certifications required.
