We’re on the hunt for a hands-on People & Culture Coordinator (Lead Recruiter) to drive our HR operations and deliver an exceptional employee experience across our global team.
Working as part of a small, high-impact team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our people managing day-to-day HR operations and helping ensure everything runs smoothly from onboarding to offboarding.
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you’ll maintain our HRIS, manage the employee lifecycle, and support general HR inquiries. You’ll also support our global recruitment process, helping us attract and hire top talent worldwide.

This ain’t a 9-5 gig – because of our global footprint and business needs, you will be sometimes required to work early mornings and/or late evenings, with plenty of flexibility offered.

Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Support
- Be the first point of contact for employees, responding to queries and providing timely, helpful support.
- Own and maintain our HRIS (HiBob), ensuring data accuracy and generating reports.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding, including preparing contracts, conducting reference checks, and setting up IT equipment for new joiners.
- Handle general HR administration, including updating records, tracking probation and tenure milestones, and supporting employee lifecycle processes.
- Contribute to engagement initiatives, learning & development coordination, and other P&C programs.
Recruitment
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process by posting roles, screening CVs, completing initial interviews, and coordinating offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to provide guidance on recruitment best practices and candidate experience.
- Track key recruitment metrics, generate reports, and help improve processes over time.
- Collaborate on proactive talent acquisition strategies, including college partnerships, careers fairs, and external stakeholder engagement.
General P&C Support
- Apply your growing HR knowledge to support ad hoc people initiatives.
- Partner with the People & Culture Manager and the P&C Director to ensure compliance and alignment with policies and procedures.
- Deliver a customer-focused approach, ensuring internal stakeholders’ needs are met efficiently and professionally.
- Support our Finance & Ops teams with adhoc administrative tasks as required.
- Work with our new Associate Chief of Staff (EA) to provide adhoc administrative support as needed.

Our Qualifications and Experience Wishlist
- 2-4 years’ experience in an HR, People & Culture, or recruitment coordination role
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources or a related field
- Experience using an HRIS and/or an ATS
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Confident communicator with a customer-focused mindset
- Strong MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills

- The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $45,000 to $65,000 CAD. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications
