Significance, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst - NIWC, to join our growing team in San Diego, CA. This position is onsite and requires an Active Secret Clearance.

The Senior Analyst provides mid-level analytical and operational support to NIWC Pacifics Finance and Corporate Operations organizations. This position supports financial reporting, business process improvement, strategic initiatives, portfolio management, and operational performance tracking.

The analyst conducts research, analyzes financial and operational data, develops reports and dashboards, supports reconciliations, assists with governance documentation, and contributes to the development of executive briefings. The role requires the ability to work across multiple functional areas including Finance, Business Analytics, Total Force Management, Strategy Management, and Accountable Property support environments.
