Job Description

To maximize the performance of the division by providing leadership focusing on account management, customer development, and solution development for current key customers and potential customers.

• Develop key customer annual operating plan in conjunction with the regional VP's.
• Achieve agreed budget for revenue (70%) and profit (30%) for the customer(s)
• Provide for key manager succession planning
• Achieve agreed Balanced Scorecard key metrics
• Execution of projects / strategic initiative(s) delivery in conjunction with the regional VP's as assigned by Division COO
• Achieve Sector Revenue growth to plan; year on year growth
• Growth of targeted accounts
• Achieve Sector Profit to plan
• Achievement of customers metrics
• Achievement of Project execution metrics
• Achieving Balanced Score card initiatives, as developed in Strategic Planning process including – revenue growth

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree (required)
• Master's Degree (preferred)
• 7+ years Industry experience (required)
• Proven track record of strategic leadership
• Previous Sales/Business Development experience
