Samples Packer- 1st shift at Rise Baking Company, LLC – River Falls, Wisconsin

Job Purpose

Provide quality samples as needed to sales staff and other customers in a timely fashion.

Essential Functions

• Inspect product, pack, and provide samples to sales team as requested

• Maintain accurate inventory of products used for samples

• Maintain accurate required records: date codes, cookie data, daily production total, etc.

• Monitor quality of product on ongoing basis and report any discrepancies to Management/Quality

• Prepare/package finished orders for shipping: FedEx, LTL, etc.

• Serve as backup in Outlet Store when needed

• Comply with all food safety requirements, training, policies, and procedures

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications (Education/Experience)

• Food handling experience preferred

• Strong communication skills including ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the Company

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems
