• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with residents while helping them stay strong, mobile, and confident in their daily lives

• Partner with residents, families, and interdisciplinary staff to clearly communicate therapy goals and outcomes

• A degree in Occupational Therapy Assistance from an accredited program

• An active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy Assistant license in good standing
